1. Promoter
The promoter is Forest Botanical, United Kingdom (“Forest Botanical”).
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Forest Botanical and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter, submit the Forest Botanical Founding Member form at forestbotanical.co.uk during the promotion period.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Promotion period
The promotion closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
5. Complimentary refills
Up to 100 Founding Members will be eligible to receive their first Forest Botanical refill complimentary when purchasing the corresponding full-size product after launch.
If 100 or fewer eligible entries are received, all eligible entrants will receive the offer.
If more than 100 eligible entries are received, 100 recipients will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
6. The offer
Each selected Founding Member will be entitled to one complimentary refill when purchasing the corresponding full-size Forest Botanical product:
- Hand Wash 500ml — complimentary 500ml Hand Wash refill, expected retail value £24.
- Hand Lotion 500ml — complimentary 500ml Hand Lotion refill, expected retail value £26.
- Reed Diffuser 250ml — complimentary 250ml Reed Diffuser refill, expected retail value £29.
The maximum value of the complimentary refill is £29.
The complimentary refill cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or used independently of the corresponding qualifying product purchase.
7. Notification and redemption
Selected Founding Members will be contacted using the email address provided when entering. Details of how and when the complimentary refill can be redeemed will be provided following the launch of the Beaulieu Collection.
A reasonable redemption period will be provided. Forest Botanical reserves the right to withdraw an entitlement where a selected entrant cannot be contacted or does not redeem it within the stated redemption period.
8. Product availability
Qualifying purchases and complimentary refills are subject to product availability. If circumstances outside Forest Botanical’s reasonable control affect the promotion, Forest Botanical may make reasonable changes while seeking to provide an equivalent benefit to affected entrants.
9. Personal information
Personal information supplied as part of the promotion will be processed in accordance with Forest Botanical’s Privacy Policy.
Where entrants have agreed to receive marketing communications, Forest Botanical may also use their details to provide launch news, product information and other marketing communications. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
10. General
Forest Botanical reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.
Forest Botanical’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
