OVERVIEW

This website is operated by FOREST BOTANICAL. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FOREST BOTANICAL.

2. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

We will send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable UK VAT where required, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. DELIVERY

We will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout.

Any delivery dates or times shown are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If circumstances outside our reasonable control cause a delay, we will contact you where appropriate.

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

6. PRODUCT USE

Our products should be used in accordance with any instructions, warnings or safety information supplied with them.

Please discontinue use of a personal care product if irritation occurs.

Candles, diffusers and other fragranced products should always be used in accordance with the safety instructions supplied with the product.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of this website, including the FOREST BOTANICAL name, branding, logos, designs, photographs, text, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment providers and Shopify.

FOREST BOTANICAL is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products online. Purchases from our store are made directly from FOREST BOTANICAL, not Shopify.

9. PRIVACY

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and certain information may therefore be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our website and fulfilling orders.

10. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into a contract with us or for business losses arising from products purchased primarily for personal use.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and keep you informed where appropriate.
